采油污水一体化处理工艺和设备设计及其应用

摘要:

将采油污水有效处理后代替清水回注, 已成为节能降耗、节水减排、保护环境、实现油田开发可持续发展的关键问题。腰滩油田以微生物+膜技术为基础设计出1套符合实际需求的采油污水一体化处理工艺和设备, 并进行了现场应用试验。试验结果表明, 出水指标符合《碎屑岩油藏注水水质推荐指标及分析方法》(SY/T 5329—1994)中A1级标准, 处理效果达到采油污水零排放、减少环境污染的目的。

Abstract:

Treating the wastewater from oil production effectively for substituting clean water injection has been the key problem to be solved, in order to realize energy-saving and consumption-reduction, water-saving and emission-reduction, and environmental production for the sustainable development of oilfields. Microbial+membrane techno- logy has been used in Yaotan Oilfield. A set of integrated treatment techniques and equipment suitable for treating wastewater from oil production has been designed, and its field application tests accomplished. The experimental results indicate that the effluent indexes complies with the Level A1 requirements specified in the Recommended Indexes and Analytical Methods for the Injection Water Quality of the Fragments Rock Oil Reservoirs(SY/T 5329— 1994). The treatment effect achieves zero discharge of wastewater from oil production, reaching the goal of reducing environmental pollution.
