摘要:
明胶废水具有高钙、高COD等特点而难于处理。通过对明胶废水进行生物预酸化处理,研究了活性污泥法处理明胶废水过程中COD去除率、MLSS、MLVSS以及无机灰分的变化。结果表明,经过生物预酸化处理后,明胶废水的pH由11.8降至7.4左右,COD由1 058 mg/L降至671 mg/L。后续活性污泥法处理过程中,与未进行生物预酸化处理相比,MLSS、MLVSS呈明显下降趋势,最终COD去除率达到90%;同时由于反应器维持在较低的pH下运行,避免了曝气生成CaCO3沉淀,污泥无机灰分减少。生物预酸化处理对污泥减量化有明显贡献。

Abstract:
Since gelatin wastewater is characterized by high calcium,high COD,etc.,it is difficult to be treated. Through biological pre-acidification treatment of gelatin wastewater,in the process of using activated sludge method for treating gelatin wastewater,the changes in COD removing rate,MLSS,MLVSS and inorganic ash have been studied. The results show that after having been treated by biological pre-acidification,the pH of gelatin wastewater reduces from 11.8 to 7.4,and COD reduces from 1 058 mg/L to 671 mg/L. In the process of subsequent activated sludge treatment,compared with non-biological pre-acidification treatment,MLSS and MLVSS show an obviously downward trend. The final COD removing rate can reach 90%. In addition,since the reactor runs under a lower pH condition,the phenomena that the aeration produces CaCO3 precipitation can be avoided,and the sludge inorganic ash reduces. The biological pre-acidification treatment have remarkable contribution to sludge reduction.
