摘要:

由于人类活动和工农业生产的快速发展,水源水质的污染日趋加剧。新的环境污染使传统的饮用水消毒技术难以满足人们对饮用水水质的要求,对此国内外不断研究开发出安全高效的饮用水消毒技术。从消毒灭菌机理、灭菌效果及其影响因素、消毒副产物安全性等方面对目前的饮用水消毒技术进行了综述和剖析,并对其发展趋势进行了展望,旨在了解国内外饮用水消毒技术的现状和不足,促进开发更安全有效的饮用水消毒技术。

关键词: 饮用水, 细菌, 病毒, 消毒技术

Abstract:

Because of the rapid development of human activity,industrial and agricultural production,the pollution of water quality in water sources becomes serious more and more. The new environmental pollution makes the conventional sterilization techniques of drinking water difficult to meet people's requirements for the water quality of drinking water. Aiming at this,safe and effective sterilization techniques of drinking water have been researched and developed constantly both in China and abroad. The present drinking water sterilization techniques are summarized and analyzed in the aspects of sterilization mechanism,sterilization effect and its influential factors,the security of sterilization by-products,etc.. In addition,its developing trends are looked ahead,so as to clarify the present status and insufficiency of the sterilization techniques of drinking water,and to promote the development of safer and more effective sterilization techniques of drinking water.
