Improved UASB-two stage A/O-coagulation process for the treatment of hogpen biogas slurry

摘要: 采用改良UASB-两级A/O-混凝组合工艺对猪场沼液进行处理,处理规模100 m3/d。工程总投资124.57万,运行费用2.30元(/m3·d)。结果表明:经过该组合工艺处理后CODCr、BOD5、NH3-N、TP、SS去除率分别为94.0%、97.9%、92.5%、94.2%、90.2%,最终出水指标均符合《畜禽养殖业污染物排放标准》(GB 18596-2001)的要求。

Abstract: The improved UASB-two-stage A/O-coagulation combined process has been used for treating hogpen biogas slurry. The treatment scale is 100 m3/d,total investment CNY1 245 700.00,and operating costs 2.30 CNY/(m3·d). The results show that after treated by the combined process,the removing rates of CODCr,BOD5, NH3-N,TP and SS are 94.0%, 97.9%, 92.5%, 94.2%, and 90.2%,respectively. All the final effluent quality indexes meet the requirements specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Livestock and Poultry Breeding (GB 18596-2001).
