加压溶气恒定溶解氧生化反应器处理复杂工业废水

Treatment of the complex industrial wastewater by pressured aeration-dissolved air biochemical reactor with constant DO

摘要:

设计了1 套可自动控制溶解氧浓度和反应器内部压力的生化反应器,在加压状态下,氧传递速率加快,微生物活性更高,加快了处理效率。试验进水来自深圳市危险废物处理站有限公司,水质复杂,进水指标变化系数大,平均COD 为1 349.1 mg/L,平均氨氮质量浓度为237.7 mg/L。当水力停留时间(HRT)为14 h,反应罐内DO 质量浓度为3.5 mg/L 时,COD 去除率稳定在64%左右,氨氮去除率56%左右,相比于其现有工艺,HRT 减少了16 h 左右。

Abstract:

A set of biochemical reactor,in which the concentration of dissolved oxygen(DO)and internal pressure are controlled automatically,has been designed. Under pressured state,the oxygen transmission velocity gets faster, microbial activity gets better,and treatment efficiency gets higher. The influent used in the experiments is from Shenzhen Hazardous Waste Treatment Station Co.,Ltd. The influent water quality is complicated and variation coef-ficient is high,Its average COD is 1 349.1 mg/L,and average ammonia-nitrogen concentration is 237.7 mg/L. When the HRT is 14 h,and DO in the reaction tank 3.5 mg/L,the COD removing rate keeps at about 64%,and ammonia-nitrogen removing rate is about 56%. Its HRT is about 16 h less than that of the processes existed nowadays.
