摘要: 针对水煤浆气化灰水系统存在的问题和结垢机理进行分析,通过降硬度试验研究,对NaOH+Na2CO3、NaOH+CO2、Ca(OH)2+Na2CO3三种药剂方案处理效果、成本进行评估核算,寻找有效可行且成本低廉的解决措施,为减缓系统结垢、堵塞问题,提高气化灰水回用率提出现场技术改造方案。

关键词: 水煤浆气化, 灰水, 降硬

Abstract: The problems and scaling mechanism existed in water-coal-slurry gasification ash water system are analyzed. And then,the treatment effects and costs of three kinds of chemical projects regarding NaOH + Na2CO3,NaOH + CO2,Ca(OH)2 + Na2CO3 are estimated and evaluated through experimental studies on decreasing water hardness,in order to look for effective,feasible and low cost solutions. The field technical modification project is proposed to slow down the system scaling and blockage problems,and increase the gasification ash water reuse rate.
