纳米镍铁双金属的制备及其处理硝基苯酚废水研究

Preparation of iron-nickel bimetallic nanomaterials and their application to the treatment of wastewater containing 4-nitrophenol

摘要: 应用室温固相反应法制备了NiFe双金属纳米材料,利用XRD、SEM等技术对合成材料进行了表征,并考察了所合成纳米材料对废水中对硝基苯酚(4-NP)的催化还原性能。结果显示,合成的Ni50Fe50双金属对4-NP的催化还原效果最好,反应速率常数为0.417 min-1,活化能为7.514 kJ/mol。NiFe双金属纳米材料可作为潜在的优良催化剂用于4-NP废水的处理。

Abstract: Ni-Fe bimetallic nanomaterials has been prepared by room-temperature solid-phase reaction method,and characterized by XRD and SEM. The catalytic reduction capability of synthesized nanomaterials for 4-NP has been investigated. The results show that the catalytic reduction effect of synthesized Ni50Fe50 bimetals on 4-NP is the best,the reaction rate constant k=0.417 min-1,and activation energy Ea=7.514 kJ/mol. Ni-Fe bimetallic nanomaterials can be used as good catalysts applied to the treatment of wastewater containing 4-NP.
