增塑剂生产废水治理与资源化新工艺设计

New technological design of the control and resources of wastewater from plasticizer production

摘要: 针对某公司增塑剂生产废水特点及处理过程中存在的问题,在原废水处理系统的基础上,设计形成增塑剂生产废水治理与资源化新工艺。实践证明,该工艺具有较好的处理效果,处理出水满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准要求,且实现了废水中邻苯二甲酸的资源回收,经济效益达630~710万元/a。整个工艺实现COD总削减量为650 t/a,节省了一部分新鲜水的取用。

Abstract: Aiming at the characteristics of the wastewater from the plasticizer production in a company and the pro-blems existed in treatment process,on the basis of the original wastewater treatment system,the new technological process of the control and resources of wastewater from plasticizer production has been designed. The practice proves that the process has better treatment effect. The treated effluent can meet the requirements for the first level standard specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978-1996),realizing the resource recovery of ph-thalic acid from wastewater. Its economic benefit reaches CNY 6.30-7.10 million per year. 650 t/a of COD total reduc-tion has been achieved by the whole process,reducing some of the fresh water consumption.
