电解法原位合成锰氧化物处理模拟含锶放射性废水

Treatment of simulated radioactive Sr2+-containing wastewater by electrolysis of in-situ synthesis of manganese oxide

摘要: 88Sr作为模拟非放射性同位素,对电解法原位合成锰氧化物处理模拟核电厂放射性废水中Sr2+的工艺条件进行了研究。考察了电解电压、反应时间、反应结束后搅拌时间、温度以及pH对出水Sr2+质量浓度的影响,并通过正交试验得出最佳反应条件。结果表明,在模拟废水Sr2+初始质量浓度为5 mg/L条件下,最佳工艺条件:电解电压为7 V,反应温度为50℃,pH为10,电解时间为30 min,电解结束后搅拌时间为20 min,此条件下出水残余Sr2+为0.264 mg/L。在最佳工艺条件下,经XRD分析沉渣为Mn3O4。整个电解过程符合零级动力学,拟合动力学方程为ct=c0-0.159 1t

Abstract: The research on the technological conditions for the treatment of simulated radioactive Sr2+-containing wastewater in a nuclear power plant by electrolysis of in-situ synthesis of manganese oxide has been accomplished, using 88Sr as simulated nonradioactive isotope. The influences of electrolysis voltage,reaction time,stirring time,temperature and pH on the mass concentration of Sr2+ in effluent have been investigated,and the reaction conditions obtained by orthogonal tests. The results show that when the initial mass concentration of Sr2+ in the simulated wastewater is 5 mg/L,the optimal technological conditions are as follows,the electrolysis voltage is 7 V,reaction temperature is 50℃,pH is 10,electrolysis time is 30 min,and after finishing the electrolysis process the stirring time is 20 min. Under these conditions,the concentration of residual Sr2+ in the effluent is 0.264 mg/L. Under optimal conditions,the sediment analyzed by means of XRD is Mn3O4. The whole electrolysis process conforms to zero order kinetics,and the fitting kinetics equation is ct=c0-0.159 1t.
