新型无机絮凝剂聚合氯化钛对F-的混凝效果研究

Study on the coagulation effect of a new inorganic flocculant-polymerized titanium chloride on fluoride ions

摘要:

采用慢速滴碱法制备出新型无机絮凝剂聚合氯化钛(PTC)。采用FT-IR、SEM对其结构进行了表征,并研究了碱化度、pH、PTC投加量、温度、共存离子对PTC混凝处理水中F-效果的影响。结果表明,当pH为3~4,碱化度为1.5,PTC投加量(以Ti计)为1 000 mg/L时,混凝处理效果最好,F-去除率在95%以上。将其应用于实际水样,处理后水中F-含量符合国家排放标准的要求。

Abstract:

A novel inorganic flocculant, poly-titanium chloride(PTC), was prepared by using slow dropping alkali method, and characterized by FT-IR and SEM. Then this study investigated the influences of basicity, pH, temperature, PTC dosage and co-existing ions on the coagulation effect of F-. The results showed that the removing rate of F- is over 95%, when the optimal conditions were as follows:pH of 3-4, the basicity of 1.5 and the dosage (in terms of titanium) of 1 000 mg/L. At last, the optimal conditions were applied to remove F- in practice, and the treated F- content meeted the national emission standard.
