摘要:
研究了Fenton-SBR组合工艺对实际盐酸溴己新生产废水的运行处理效果,并对SBR反应器抗负荷冲击作用进行分析。结果表明,系统连续运行30 d后,出水COD和NH3-N分别稳定在92、4.3 mg/L左右,且TP低于0.7 mg/L,三者去除率分别为98%、91%、94.5%,说明Fenton-SBR联合工艺对实际制药废水中的有机物有较好的处理效果且满足出水水质要求。反应器在1 400、1 800 mg/L的冲击负荷下,初期COD去除率下降,但末期恢复稳定,而冲击负荷为2 200 mg/L以上时,反应器处理效果显著下降,恢复原进水后恢复正常,说明工艺具有一定抗冲击能力。

Abstract:
The effect of Fenton-SBR combined process on the wastewater treatment of bromhexine hydrochloride is studied. Besides, the anti-load impact of SBR reactor is analyzed. The results show that the COD and NH3-N of the effluent maintain stable at the mass concentrations of 92 mg/L and 4.3 mg/L, and the mass concentration of TP is lower than 0.7 mg/L after 30 days of continuous operation. Moreover, their removal rates are 98%, 91% and 94.5%, respectively. The above results indicate that Fenton-SBR combined process show a good effect on the treatment of organic matter in practical pharmaceutical wastewater and meet the requirements of effluent quality. Under the impact loads of 1 400 mg/L and 1 800 mg/L, the removal rate of COD decreases at the initial stage but keeps stable at the end of the reaction. The treatment effect of the reactor decreases significantly when the impact load is above 2 200 mg/L, while the effect returns to normal after adjusting the load to the initial influent concentration, indicating that the process has certain impact resistance.
