摘要:

采用玉米芯填料固体碳源生物膜反应器,应用同步硝化反硝化(SND)技术处理低碳氮比城市生活污水,考察反应器对实际污水的脱氮效果,并分析了反应器中沿程NH4+-N的变化过程和微生物数量特性。结果表明,反应器稳定运行后,系统出水平均CODCr、NH4+-N、TN分别为32.75、5.78、6.25 mg/L,平均CODCr去除率为65.41%,平均NH4+-N去除率为78.75%,平均TN去除率为77.46%。由荧光定量PCR可知,AOB主要集中在反应器的中端部,沿程氨氧化速率呈下降趋势,与沿程氨氮浓度及其去除率变化趋势一致。

Abstract:

The corncob filler solid carbon source biofilm reactor is used to treat low-carbon-nitrogen ratio municipal sewage by simultaneous nitrification and denitrification(SND) technology. The denitrification effect of the reactor on the actual sewage is investigated, and the change process and microbial quantity characteristics of NH4+-N along the reactor are analyzed. The results show that after the reactor is operated stably, the average effluent CODCr, NH4+-N and TN of the system are 32.75 mg/L, 5.78 mg/L and 6.25 mg/L, respectively. The average CODCr removal rate is 65.41%, the average NH4+-N removal rate is 78.75% and the average TN removal rate is 77.46%. It could be seen from fluorescence quantitative PCR that AOB is mainly concentrated in the middle end of the reactor, and the rate of ammoxidation along the path shows a downward trend, which is consistent with the trend of ammonia nitrogen concentration and its removal rate along the path.
