摘要:

以腐殖酸(HA)作为溶解性有机质代表物,探讨了HA对17α-乙炔基雌二醇(EE2)光降解的诱导作用及其受环境因子的影响。结果表明:EE2在纯水和HA溶液中的光降解过程均服从准一级动力学规律,与EE2纯水溶液相比,HA能显著加速EE2光降解过程,但HA的这一促进作用不与自身浓度呈正相关关系。EE2在HA溶液中的光降解速率随溶液pH、离子强度和溶解氧浓度的增大而增大,且离子强度的积极作用与离子种类相关。

Abstract:

Using humic acid(HA) as a representative of dissolved organic matter, the inductive effects of HA to 17α-ethynylestradiol(EE2) photodegradation and the influence of environmental factors on the HA-induced EE2 photodegradation is studied. The results show that both the photodegradation of EE2 in pure water and HA solutions obey pseudo-first order kinetics. Compared with the EE2 aqueous solution, EE2 photodegradation could be substantially enhanced by the presence of HA, but the promotion effect of HA is not positively proportional to its concentration. The photodegradation rate of EE2 in HA solutions typically increases with an increase in the pH, ionic strength and dissolved oxygen. It should be noted that the influence of ionic strength on EE2 photodegradation is also related with the ion species.
