TiO2/CTS/ATP吸附联合超滤工艺去除腐殖酸的研究

Removal of humic acid using TiO2/CTS/ATP adsorption combined with ultrafiltration process

摘要:

以酸化凹土(ATP)作载体制备壳聚糖/凹土(CTS/ATP),再采用溶胶-凝胶法负载TiO2制得TiO2/CTS/ATP。研究表明,TiO2/CTS/ATP等电点(pH=6.28)比ATP等电点(pH=2.55)高,更易达到最佳pH条件;比表面积和孔隙体积相比ATP增大,吸附容量提高。在pH为3~10,TiO2/CTS/ATP投加量为1.0 g/L条件下,对水中腐殖酸具有较好的吸附效果。相比单独吸附和超滤,采用吸附联合超滤去除腐殖酸效果更佳。吸附联合超滤既能减轻超滤膜负荷,又可缓解膜污染。

Abstract:

Acidified pretreated attapulgite(ATP) was applied as carrier to obtain chitosan/attapulgite(CTS/ATP) composite, and then titania was loaded by sol-gel method to obtain titanium dioxide/chitosan/attapulgite(TiO2/CTS/ATP) composite. The results showed that the isoelectric point of the composite of TiO2/CTS/ATP(pH=6.28) was higher than that of ATP(pH=2.55), indicating that the composite was easier to control pH of optimum adsorption than ATP, and the corresponding specific surface area and the pore volume of the composite exhibited an increase trends, the adsorption capacity enhanced. The composite exhibited a good capacity for humic acid removal under the condition of pH of 3-10 and composite dosage of 1.0 g/L. Compared with adsorption and ultrafiltration alone, adsorption combined with ultrafiltration process was more effective in removing humic acid. Composite adsorption pretreatment could reduce the load of the ultrafiltration membrane and alleviate the fouling on membrane.
