取消初沉池对AAO工艺活性污泥微生物结构的影响

Influences of canceling primary settling tanks on the microbial structure of activated sludge in AAO process

摘要:

采用有初沉池与无初沉池的两组AAO工艺反应器处理城市生活污水处理厂沉砂池出水,研究初沉池对AAO工艺处理城市生活污水效能及活性污泥微生物结构的影响。研究表明,两系统对水中COD、BOD5、NH4+-N和TP均具有良好的去除能力,处理出水均可达标排放;无初沉池的系统对TN的去除能力高于有初沉池的系统。高通量结果表明,有无初沉池对反硝化相关功能菌群的分布比例有显著影响,无初沉池的系统中反硝化相关功能菌群比例高于有初沉池的系统。

Abstract:

Two groups of AAO process reactors, one with a primary settling tank and the other one without, have been used for treating the effluent from the grit chamber of an urban domestic sewage treatment plant, the influences of the primary settling tanks on the efficiency of AAO process for treating urban domestic sewage, and the microbial structure of the activated sludge investigated. The results show that both of the two systems have good ability to remove the COD, BOD5, NH4+-N and TP, and all of the treated effluent could reach the discharge standard. The TN removing capability of the system without a primary settling tank is higher than that of the system with a primary settling tank. The high flux results show that the system with and without primary settling tank have significant influence on the distribution proportion of denitrifying-related functional floras, and the proportion of denitrifying-related functional floras in the system without a primary settling tank is higher than that in the system with a primary settling tank.
