Optimization of high turbidity Yellow River water in summer by coagulation treatment using response surface methodology

摘要:

采用聚合氯化铝铁混凝处理兰州夏季超高浊度黄河水,通过单因素实验考察了混凝剂投加量、沉淀比表面负荷及沉淀时间对处理效果的影响,并以响应面法对这些因素进行了优化。结果表明,各因素对浊度去除率、CODMn去除率的影响次序:混凝剂投加量>沉淀比表面负荷>沉淀时间;最佳混凝条件:混凝剂投加量640 mg/L,沉淀比表面负荷0.08 m3/m2,沉淀时间32 min。在最佳条件下,浊度和CODMn的平均去除率分别为98.62%、98.14%,与模型预测值相对偏差分别为0.5%、0.86%。

Abstract:

The super-high turbidity Yellow River water in summer in Lanzhou was treated by coagulation of polymeric aluminum ferric chloride. The effects of coagulant dosage, precipitation specific surface load and precipitation time on the treatment effect were investigated by single factor experiment. These factors were optimized by response surface methodology. The results showed that the influencing order of various factors on turbidity and CODMn removal rate from high to low was coagulant dosage, precipitation specific surface load and precipitation time. The optimal condition was determined at the coagulant dosage of 640 mg/L and precipitation ratio surface load of 0.08 m3/m2 for precipitation time of 32 min. Under the optimal condition, the average removal rates of turbidity and CODMn were 98.62% and 98.14%, respectively. The relative deviations from the predicted values of the model were 0.5% and 0.86%, respectively.
