水热结晶法深度除氟技术在玻璃减薄废水中的应用

摘要:

针对某光电企业玻璃减薄含氟废水,采用水热结晶法深度除氟工艺对含氟废水进行处理,分析了运行情况、除氟效果及经济指标。结果表明,出水含氟可控制在6 mg/L下,吨处理费用为13.32元,出水水质稳定,达到国家一级排放标准要求,具有较好的推广前景。

Abstract:

The running conditions of deep defluorination by hydrothermal crystallization in the fluoride-containing wastewater treatment engineering of a photoelectric enterprise glass thinning is introduced, as well as, the effect of defluorination and economic indexes are analyzed. The results show that the fluorine content of effluent can be controlled below 6 mg/L, and the cost of treatment is 13.32 yuan per ton. The quality of effluent can remain steadily and meet the first grade requirement of China's national integrated wastewater discharge standards, showing a prospect of promotion.
