摘要:
采用微电解工艺处理印染废水生化出水膜浓缩液,考察了微电解填料、pH、固液体积比、曝气量和反应时间对COD去除率的影响。结果表明,采用自制的T-20多元微电解填料,当进水pH为4.0,固液体积比为1:6,曝气量为1.2 L/min,反应时间为60 min时,COD去除率可达80.38%。T-20微电解填料具有多元微电解体系结构,内部孔隙发达,相比于二元微电解填料,能加速微电解反应电子传递速度,促进膜浓缩液中有机物的降解。

Abstract:
The micro-electrolysis process was used to treat membrane concentrate from biochemical effluent of printing and dyeing wastewater. The effects of micro-electrolytic fillers, pH, solid-liquid volume ratio, aeration rate and reaction time on COD removal rate were investigated, respectively. The results showed that when the influent pH was 4.0, the solid-liquid volume ratio was 1:6, the aeration rate was 1.2 L/min, and the reaction time was 60 min, the COD removal rate reached 80.38% by using the homemade T-20 micro-electrolysis filler. The analysis showed that the T-20 micro-electrolysis filler had a multi-element micro-electrolysis system structure and high porosity. Compared with the binary micro-electrolysis filler, it could accelerate the electron transfer speed of micro-electrolytic reaction and promote the degradation of organics in the membrane concentrate.
