摘要:
以六水硝酸镧和甘油为原料,聚乙二醇为分散剂,N-甲基-N-苄基吗啉离子液体作为辅助试剂,采用低温燃烧合成法制备La2O3粉体。利用XRD、STA、BET、SEM对La2O3进行表征。结果表明,所制备的La2O3为多孔结构、热稳定性良好、结晶度和纯度均较好,同时测试了多孔La2O3的吸附性能,考察了PO43-初始浓度、溶液pH、吸附温度、吸附时间对吸附量的影响,在PO43-初始质量浓度为0.2 g/L,溶液pH为6,吸附温度为55℃,吸附时间为90 min的最优条件下,吸附量可达550.62 mg/g,PO43-在多孔La2O3表面的吸附符合准一级动力学模型,等温吸附过程符合Langmuir等温吸附模型。

Abstract:
The lanthanum oxide powder was synthesized by low temperature combustion method using lanthanum nitrate hexahydrate and glycerin as raw materials, polyethylene glycol(CP) as dispersant and N-methyl-N-benzylmorpholine ionic liquid as auxiliary reagent. The La2O3 was characterized by XRD, STA, BET and SEM. The results showed that the prepared lanthanum oxide had a porous structure, good thermal stability, good crystallinity and purity. The adsorption of La2O3 was investigated. The effects of initial concentration of phosphate, pH of solution, adsorption temperature, and adsorption time on adsorption capacity were observed. The adsorption capacity could reach 550.62 mg/g under the optimum condition of the initial concentration of phosphate 0.2 g/L, pH 6, adsorption temperature 55℃, adsorption time 90 min. The adsorption of phosphate on the La2O3 meet to pseudo-first order kinetic model and the isothermal adsorption process conforms to Langmuir isothermal adsorption model.
