Highly efficient removal of Pb(Ⅱ) by amine-functionalized and thiol-functionalized synthetic X molecular sieve

摘要:

为了提高X分子筛(XM)的耐酸性和对Pb2+的吸附能力,采用有机改性剂对合成的XM进行了氨基功能化(NH2-XM)和巯基功能化(SH-XM)改性。确定了最佳接枝条件,并对三种材料进行了表征和吸附研究。结果表明,三种材料的吸附过程属于单层化学吸附。与XM(34 mg/g)相比,NH2-XM(154 mg/g)和SH-XM(111 mg/g)在低pH条件下具有更好的吸附效果和更强的耐酸能力。因此,NH2-XM可作为高效吸附剂去除水溶液中的Pb2+

Abstract:

In order to improve the acid resistance of X molecular sieve (XM) and its adsorption capacity for Pb2+, amino-functionalization (NH2-XM) and thiol-functionalization (SH-XM) were carried out on the synthesized XM with organic modifier. The optimal grafting conditions were determined and characterization and adsorption study of the three materials were conducted. The results indicated that adsorption process of the three materials belongs to monolayer chemisorption. Compared with XM(34 mg/g), NH2-XM(154 mg/g) and SH-XM(111 mg/g) had better adsorption effect and stronger acid resistance at low pH. Therefore, NH2-XM can be used as highly efficient adsorbent to remove Pb2+ in aqueous solutions.
