摘要:

智能化建设是未来水务发展的必由之路,石化行业污水处理厂的智能化升级改造将为石化行业高质量绿色发展提供支撑。从石化污水处理的现状入手,系统梳理了石化行业传统污水处理厂运行管理中存在的问题,并提出石化智能污水处理厂建设具有管理标准化、运行自动化、数据信息化、决策智能化和环境友好化5个基本特征。结合实际案例对石化污水处理厂的智能化建设进行了分析,并提出了一些合理化建议,可为石化行业污水处理厂的转型与发展提供参考。

Abstract:

The intelligent construction is the only way for the future development of water services,and the intelligent upgrading and renovation of petrochemical wastewater treatment plants will provide support for the high-quality green development of petrochemical industry. Starting from the status quo of petrochemical wastewater treatment,the problems in the operation and management of traditional petrochemical wastewater treatment plants were systematically summarized. It proposed that the construction of petrochemical intelligent wastewater treatment plants had five basic features,such as management standardization,automatic operation,data informatization,intelligent decision-making and environmentally friendly construction. The intelligent construction of petrochemical wastewater treatment plant by combining actual cases was analyzed,and some rationalization suggestions were put forward. It could provide reference for the transformation and development of petrochemical wastewater treatment plants.
