某发电厂凝结水精处理再生系统问题分析与解决

摘要:

某发电厂的凝结水精处理再生系统在长期运行过程中,存在阴阳树脂分层效果差、阳树脂中残留阴树脂的情况,造成了阳树脂再生时的交叉污染,从而影响再生效果,导致混床周期制水量偏低,也使得混床出水氯离子超标。通过分析再生系统存在的问题,对其进行合理有效的设备改造、程序优化。改造后的再生系统运行效果良好,混床周期制水量明显提高,混床产水水质优良。

Abstract:

During the long-term operation of the condensate polishing regeneration system in a power plant,it was found that the stratification effect of cation and anion resin was poor,and there was residual anion resin in the cation resin,resulting in cross pollution during cation resin regeneration. It has led to reduction of periodic water production and excessive chloride ion in the effluent of the mixed bed. By analysing the problems of regeneration system,the reasonable and effective equipment transformation and program optimization are carried out. After transformation,the regeneration system operated well,the periodic water production of the mixed bed was significantly improved,and the water quality of the mixed bed was excellent.
