摘要:

河南某县产业集聚区污水处理厂收集该区生产废水及部分城区生活污水,进水以有机类工业废水为主,占比在70%以上,且进水水质波动大、氮磷等污染物浓度高。污水处理厂设计近期规模2万m3/d,远期规模4万m3/d。针对进水特点,生化段设计采用改良A2O+MBR工艺,并设置双缺氧池及两级硝化液回流以强化脱氮除磷。出水指标执行《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅳ类标准,其中出水TN参考《河南省辖海河流域水污染物排放标准》(DB 41/777—2013),TN≤15 mg/L。冬季低温期3个月的运行结果表明,该污水处理厂运行稳定,出水COD、NH3-N、TN、TP的去除率分别为94.26%、98.77%、87.76%、95.19%,出水水质全部优于设计出水标准,该工艺对水质冲击有较好的承受能力。本工程运营成本为1.47元/m3

Abstract:

The wastewater treatment plant(WWTP) in the industrial cluster area of a county in Henan province collected the industrial production wastewater in the cluster area and part of domestic sewage of the county. The influent proportion of industrial wastewater was over 70%,and the influent quality fluctuated greatly and had high concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus. The WWTP’s short term design capacity was 20 000 m3/d,and long term capacity was 40 000 m3/d. According to the characteristics of influent,the WWTP adopted modified A2O+MBR process, which had double anoxic tanks and two-stage nitrification reflux to strengthen nitrogen and phosphorus removal. The effluent should meet the requirement of class Ⅳ of Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB 3838—2002). The effluent TN shall refer to the Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants in the Haihe River Basin of Henan (DB 41/777—2013)(TN≤15 mg/L). The WWTP effluent data during three months in the winter showed that the WWTP operated stably,and effluent COD、NH3-N、TN and TP removal rates were 94.26%,98.77%,87.76% and 95.19% respectively,and were all better than the designed standards. This process of WWTP had good anti-shock load capacity of influent quality. The project’s operating cost was 1.47 yuan/m3.
