浅谈热电厂水处理工艺模型的选择

Abstract:

The problems of the water treatment system in heating and power plants,the salinity variation of the underground water in recent years in the corparation and the development trends of dechloridation technique inside and outside our homeland are analysed in this paper,two kinds of rebuilt technical patterns:reverse osmose technique and double chamber-layer f loating bed technique.The principles,process flow,characteristics of the reverse osmose technique and the two kinds of technique combined pat tern in actual product are introduced in detail.Based on the analysis and comparison of all economical and technique indexes,the double chamber-layer floating bed technique are chosen as the water treatment technical pattern.The characteristics,process flow,dechloridation principle and the choice of regenerant (HCl and H2SO4) are expatiated in detail in the paper.The floating bed technique and the fixed bed technique being used in the primary sy stem now are discussed.

摘要:

作者分析了热电厂水处理系统存在的问题,该公司近几年地下水含盐量的变化情况以及国内外除盐技术的发展动态,提出了两种改造工艺模型:即反渗透技术和双室双层浮动床技术。针对反渗透技术的原理、工艺流程特点以及实际生产中的两种组合模式做了详尽的介绍,并按照电厂现有水质进行了计算,通过对各项经济技术指标进行分析对比,认为选用双室双层浮动床技术更切合电厂的实际生产。作者对浮动床工艺的特点、流程、除盐原理以及再生剂(HCl与H2SO4)的选择及性能比较进行了深刻的阐述,并把浮动床技术与原系统采用的固定床工艺也进行了分析论述。
