Abstract:

The process and its result of the on-line cleaning program in the third circulating water system of Daqing Refining Chemical Company are introduced. The main factors of its effect on the capacity of the heat- exchanger in the refinery oil system is analyzed. It′s emphasized especially that the effects of the dirt in manufacture is more than that of the scal in water. And the main reason to bring biological sludge into circulating water system is caused by oil-leaking accident. So we must pay attention to the choice and usage of inhibiting agent of oil-corrosion and keep the cleanness of the raw materials, while we control the circulating water system strictly and carefully. The general problems of refinery oil system have been discussed.

摘要:

介绍了大庆炼化公司第三循环水场在线清洗的方案制定过程及清洗结果。分析了炼油系统影响换热器热交换能力的主要因素,特别强调了换热器物料侧物料污垢对换热器热交换效率的影响有时甚于水污垢带来的影响。而循环冷却水系统生物黏泥的产生主要是因系统发生漏油事故所致。因此,在对循环冷却水系统进行严格管理的同时,也要重视原油缓蚀剂的选择和使用,保持物料的清洁度。对原油加工系统存在的共性问题进行了探讨。
