Abstract:
The ultra-filtration and reverse osmosis are used for the reuse of the circulating cooling system discharge water from power plants in the pilot-plant on the spot.The results indicate that the outlet water quality SDI 15<1.5,turbidity< 0.15 NTU,remaining chlorine<0.10mg/L,the treated water could meet the requirement of inlet water quality of reverse osmosis membrane.Reverse osmosis membrane desalting ratio is above 99% with stably treated water quality.This technology creates a newway for the treatment of circulating cooling system discharge water and has a good future for the application.

摘要:
对采用超滤、反渗透技术处理电厂循环冷却排污水并回用的工艺进行了中试研究。结果表明,超滤产水SDI15<1.5、浊度<0.15NTU、余氯质量浓度<0.10mg/L,出水水质能够满足反渗透膜进水要求;反渗透膜脱盐率>99%。该工艺开辟了一个循环冷却排污水处理的新途径,应用前景广阔。
