电凝聚处理轧钢乳化液废水的研究

Abstract:

The technological process of treating oil-bearing emulsive wastewater discharged from steel rolling by electro-coagulation is suggested. The treatment effect of by different distances between anode and cathode, pH value, different anode current densities, duration, dosage of NaCl on the treatment efficiency have been investigated by experiments. The results show that the distance between anode and cathode is 1 cm, pH=6, the anode current densities 4 mA/cm2, duration 40 min, dosage of NaCl 1.25 g/L, the removal rate of COD is over 99.5%.

摘要:

提出了应用电凝聚法处理轧钢生产的含油乳化液废水的有关工艺,试验考察了板间距、pH、电流密度、时间、投盐量等条件对废水处理效果的影响。研究结果表明:当pH为6,电流密度为4 mA/cm2,时间为40 min,投盐质量浓度为1.25g/L,板间距为1cm时,COD的去除率>99.5%。
