膜生物反应器污水再生工程的运行与优化

Abstract:

The domestically produced PVDF hollow fiber microfilter membrane is used in combination with the submerged membrane bioreactor, which consists ofhydrolysis acidification-aerobic biochemical processes, for treating the domestic sewage in a holiday village. Its designed scale is 500 m 3 /d. The treated water is used to beautify environments. The basic technical process, equipment and structual design parameters are explained briefly. The engineering debugging and try-out operation are introduced emphatically. The running parameters are optimized through the sensitivity analysis of the water cost.

摘要:

为处理某度假村宾馆生活污水,设计了规模为500m3/d的污水处理装置,该装置采取国产聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维微滤膜与水解酸化—有氧生化相结合的淹没式膜生物反应器(SMBR)工艺,处理水回用作绿化与景观用水。简述了基本工艺流程、设备及构筑物设计参数,重点介绍了工程调试及试运行情况。通过对水成本的敏感性分析,优化了运行参数。
