复合絮凝剂处理酿造废水的性能研究

Abstract:

A new kind of composite flocculant, polyaluminum ferric chloride( PAFC), has been prepared by using the blast furnace dust and scrap material of aluminum. Tests about its application to the treatment of brewing wastewater is made and the flocculation mechanism is discussed. The experimental results show that PAFC has a good flocculation effect on COD removal and decolorization in a wide range of pH, as well as better sludge sedimention perfomance. The comprehensive performance of PAFC is superior to PAC and FeCl3.

摘要:

以工业废渣高炉瓦斯灰和炼铝灰渣为主要原料制备了复合絮凝剂聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC),研究了其对酿造废水的处理效果,并对其絮凝机理进行了探讨。结果表明,PAFC在较宽的pH范围内对酿造废水具有良好的絮凝处理能力,去除COD及脱色效果较好,且工艺简单,成本低廉,形成污泥沉降性能好,综合性能优于PAC及FeCl3。
