好氧颗粒污泥处理含盐有机废水

Abstract:

The conventional activated sludge is not effective on the treatment of salt-bearing organic wastewater. The aerobic granular sludge has been investigated in this study. It is found that high salinity is good for raising the settling capability and compact structure of the granules. The higher the salt-content is, the higher effluent water SS and NH3-N are. The microorganisms of the aerobic granular sludge could maintain high bioactivity and thus a long stable period is obtained, after the acclimation under the condition of high salinity (2.5% ). However, when the salinity reaches 5%, filamentous microorganisms have been observed under the high salinity, and gradually, the filamentous microorganisms become predominated in granules.

摘要:

针对普通生物处理法处理含盐有机废水效率低的现状,探索了好氧颗粒污泥法处理含盐有机废水的颗粒污泥形成特性。研究发现,高含盐量有助于提高颗粒的沉降性能和密实性,但含盐量越高,出水中NH3-N和SS也较高;通过驯化,好氧颗粒污泥中的微生物在含盐量为2.5%时仍能保持较高的生物活性,并维持较长时期的稳定性,但当含盐量增加到5%时开始有丝状菌出现并逐渐成为优势菌群。
