Abstract:
The final effluent water in nitrogenous fertilizer industry has been treated by the highly efficient biological aerate filter process. The result shows that the COD of the influent water goes down from 500-1 000 mg/L to 81-158 mg/L, the BOD5 from 300-500 mg/L to 8-15 mg/L, and ammonia-nitrogen from 500-700 mg/L to 4.8~68 mg/L. And the direct operation cost of CNY 2.509/m3 is required. All of the indexes have met the requirements of the First Grade Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Synthetic Ammonia Industry.

摘要:
采用高效曝气生物滤池工艺处理氮肥工业终端废水,进水COD、BOD5、NH3-N分别为500~1 000、300~500和500~700 mg/L,出水COD、BOD5、NH3-N分别为81~158、8~15、4.8~68 mg/L,可连续稳定达到《合成氨工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 13458-2001)中一级排放标准,直接运行费用为2.509元/m3。
