Abstract:
Seawater injection is mainly used in offshore oilfield to enhance oil production. The BaSO4scale of it is serious due to the incompatibility between the stratum water and seawater. Aiming at the scaling situation of Wei 12 Block at Nanhai Oilfield, the experimental study on solid scale inhibition and anticorrosion technology has been carried through. The conclusions are as follows: Under stirring and flowing conditions, the initial dissolving speed is quite fast, but the speed gets slower with the extension of time. In the end, it becomes steady. At high temperature, the dissolving speed is faster than the original speed at low temperature. The speed gets closer gradually with the time. Third, the existence of oil accelerates the dissolving rate, obviously higher than adding water only. The minimum effective anti-scaling concentration is 5 mg/L. Moreover, the solid scale inhibitor has an excellent thermal stability and can be used in oilfields at temperatures lower than 150 ℃。

摘要:
海上油田主要采用注海水增采, 地层水和海水之间的不配伍造成了严重的 BaSO4垢。 针对南海油田韦12 块油井结垢情况,进行了固体防垢块防垢技术的实验研究,得出以下结论:在搅拌条件下和流动条件下,固体防垢块的初始溶释速率较快,随着时间的延长迅速下降,最后趋于一个稳定值;高温下的溶释速率最初比低温下的高,随着时间的延长慢慢接近;在有油存在时的溶释速率比单独加水时的明显增大;最低有效防垢质量浓度为 5 mg/L ;热稳定性较好,可在低于 150 ℃ 的高温条件下使用。
