复合型高效吸油滤片处理含油废水的研究

Abstract:

The highly efficient composite organic/inorganic oil absorbing filter plate which is used for treating the oil-bearing wastewater has been made. The research results show that the mass ratio of superfine fly ash fiber to highly efficient oil absorbing resin is 85∶15, pH of the oil-bearing wastewater sample is 10, flow quantity 2 mL/min, and temperature 60 ℃, the oil-absorption rate and the oil removal rate of the filter plate could reach 97.93% and 94.00% respectively, and the oil concentration of oil-bearing wastewater would drop from 398 mg/L to 8.50 mg/L, reaching the first class national standard of integrated wastewater discharge.

摘要:

制备出有机/无机复合型高效吸油滤片,并将其用于含油废水的处理。研究结果表明,当滤片组成成分m(粉煤灰超细纤维)∶m(高吸油树脂)为85∶15,废水水样pH为10,流量为2mL/min,温度为60℃时,滤片吸油率97.93%,脱油率94.00%,废水含油质量浓度从398mg/L降低至8.50mg/L,达到污水综合排放一级标准。
