电镀废水处理工程应用

Abstract:

The components of the water body in the electroplating wastewater from a machinery-making factory in south of China are very complicated, containing many kinds of heavy metals, cyanide, etc. Its total discharge capacity is about 1 500 t/d. The chromium-containing and cyanide-containing wastewaters have been pretreated by processes of oxidation, reduction, flocculation sedimentation, etc. respectively, and, then, retreated by mixing the acidic and alkaline heavy metal electroplating wastewater. Pretty good treatment effects on heavy metals, cyanide, etc. are obtained. Its effluent reaches the first class of Integrated Standard of Wastewater Discharge(GB 8978-1996).

摘要:

南方某机械制造企业产生的电镀废水水体成分复杂,含有多种重金属、氰化物等,总排放量约1 500 t/d,通过氧化、还原、絮凝沉淀等技术分别对含氰、铬废水预处理,再混合酸碱重金属废水进行处理,使得重金属、氰化物等获得较好的处理效果,出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-1996)一级标准。
