聚合物驱污水混凝剂的研制与性能评价

Abstract:

Due to the injection of polymer in oilfields,the produced water has lower sensitivity to chemical flocculation and the cost of the chemicals added has increased greatly. The synthesis,performances and applicable conditions of a new type of flocculant for treating wastewater containing polymers is introduced. The test on the wastewater at Henan Oilfield shows that when the dosage added is 3 500 mg/L,the turbidity of the wastewater is lower than 3 FTU,and the polymer removal rate is over 85%. Compared with poly-aluminum,the cost of the chemicals added has been reduced by more than 80%.

摘要:

油田实施聚合物驱后,采出水对化学混凝的敏感性降低,现有药剂的加药成本大幅上升。介绍了一种针对含聚合物污水研制的新型混凝剂的合成、性能和适用条件等。通过对河南油田污水处理的试验表明,当该种混凝剂加入质量浓度为3 500 mg/L时,出水浊度达到3 FTU以下,聚合物去除率达到85%以上,加药成本与聚合铝相比降低80%以上。
