磷钙废水生物处理工艺选择试验

Abstract:

Activated sludge and photo-synthetic bacteria(PSB)membrane processes have been used respec-tively for treating calcium-phosphorus wastewater from gelatin production.The high concentrations of Cl- is about 30 000mg/L, Ca2+ about 15 100 mg/L, and TP 418 mg/L in this wastewater. The feasibility of the two kinds of biological treatment processes are researched comparatively.The characteristics regarding biological treatment and influential factors are discussed. The results show that the biological activity of sludge maintains only 7-8 d, be-cause of high Cl- and the accumulation of CaCO3 during the treatment of calcium-phosphorus wastewater,while PSB membrane process could achieve 85%of COD removal rate within 48-60 h retention time, even above 92% in 84 h.

摘要:

分别采用活性污泥法和光合细菌(PSB)膜法来处理明胶生产废水中的磷钙水,该废水含氯离子约30 000 mg/L、钙15 100 mg/L、磷418 mg/L,研究了两种生物处理工艺的可行性,探讨了其在磷钙废水处理方面的效能和影响因素。结果表明:磷钙废水中的高氯根和反应过程中的碳酸钙积累使活性污泥生物活性仅能维持7~8 d;而PSB膜法处理磷钙水可在48~60 h的停留时间内,使该废水COD去除率达85%,至84 h则可达92%以上。
