Abstract:

Fenton pretreatment has been used for treating organic gas absorbing wastewater in spraying-painting workshop treatment. The effects of the concentrations of H2O2 and FeSO4·7H2O,pH,reaction time and other factors on the removal rate are investigated. When the reaction conditions are as follows:the dosage of H2O2 is around 1.4mol/L,dosage of FeSO4·7H2O 62.3 mmol/L,pH 7.4,and reaction time 3 h,the COD of the organic gas absorbing tail washings,whose initial COD is 40 000 -45 000 mg/L containing acetone,ethyl acetate and dimethylbenzene,can reach 78%. The results show that Fenton reagent has very good effect on the pre-treatment of wastewater.

摘要:

根据喷涂车间有机废气吸收尾液难生物降解的特点,采用Fenton 试剂氧化预处理,考察了H2O2和Fe2+浓度、pH、反应时间等因素对去除效果的影响。在H2O2投加量为1.4 mol/L,FeSO4·7H2O 投量为62.3 mmol/L,pH 为7.4,反应3 h 的条件下,初始COD 为40 000~45 000 mg/L 的含丙酮、乙酸乙酯、二甲苯的有机废气吸收尾液的COD去除率可达到78%。结果表明,Fenton 试剂对该废水可以取得很好的预处理作用。
