谷氨酸生产废水处理工艺改造

Abstract:

The existing problems in the water quality of the wastewater from glutamic acid production and in the operation courses of the original treatment system have been analyzed. By making sufficient use of the original equipment,a reasonable reconstruction process is designed. The results show that after the treatment system has been reconstructed,the removing rates of COD,BOD,SS,and ammonia-nitrogen are 96.6%,94.6%,92.7%,and 91.9%,respectively. And,when the pH of effluent water is about 7.0,the effluent water quality reaches the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Monosodium Glutamate Industry (GB 19431 - 2004)

摘要:

对某谷氨酸生产废水水质及原有处理系统在运行过程中存在的问题进行了分析,在充分利用原有设施的前提下,设计了合理的改造工艺。结果表明:改造后的处理系统对COD、BOD、SS、氨氮的去除率分别为96.4%、94.6%、92.7%、91.9%,出水pH在7.0左右,出水水质达到了《味精工业污染物排放标准》(GB 19431-2004)的要求。
