Abstract:
In order to save water resources,improve water utilization rates,and reduce production costs , both of the discharged wastewater of circulating water and reverse osmosis concentrated water can he reused as make-up water for circulating cooling water, after they have been treated through softening system,ultra-filtration system reverse osmosis system,etc. in a coal chemical enterprises. Combining with the industrial reclaimed water reuse engineering,the water quality of reclaimed water,relevant process and equipment,and economic benefits are analyzed. The results show that industrial reclaimed water reuse is the inevitable trend towards saving water resources,and reducing the environmental pollutions.

摘要:
为节约水资源,提高水的利用率,降低生产成本,某煤化工企业将循环水排污水和反渗透浓水两类污水通过软化、超滤、反渗透等处理后,回用于循环冷却水补水。结合此工业中水回用工程,对中水回用水水质、相关的工艺及设备、经济效益等进行了分析。结果表明,工业中水回用是达到节约水资源,减少环境污染的必然趋势。
