Abstract:
According to the pilot experiment results,the combined process , pretreatment-hydrolysis acidification-membrane bioreactor(MBR) has been used for treating the wastewater from a banknote paper mill production. And,ultraviolet disinfection process has been used in addition for the reuse water. After running for more than one year,the results show that the CODS;, of effluent keeps at less than 40 mg/L stably,superior[()the requirements of Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Pulp and Paper Industry(GB 3544-2008).The design and operation of the combined process are introduced in detail,and the problems existing in the design are summarized.

摘要:
根据中试试验结果,设计采用预处理+水解酸化+MBR工艺处理某钞票纸厂生产废水。对于回用水还增加了紫外消毒工艺。1 a多的运行结果表明,系统出水COD Cr稳定在40 mg/L以下,优于《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 3544—2008)的要求。详细介绍了该厂废水处理工程的工艺设计及运行情况,并总结了该工艺设计存在的问题。
