中和-硫化-混凝工艺处理含重金属酸性废水的试验研究

Abstract:

Neutralization-vulcanization-coagulation process has been used for treating acidic heavy metal-containing wastewater from a non-ferrous metals smelting company in China. The results indicate that the neutralizationvulcanization-coagulation process has pretty good removing effect on acidic wastewater containing heavy metal, meeting the requirements of the current wastewater discharge standard. This process has made full use of alkaline waste tailings mortar effectively. It has attained the goal‘waste control with waste’,and reducd the wastewater treatment cost,as well.

摘要:

针对我国某有色金属冶炼企业产生的含重金属酸性废水,采用中和-硫化-混凝工艺对其进行处理。结果表明,中和-硫化-混凝工艺对于含重金属的酸性废水有较好的去除效果,处理出水可以达到现行国家对行业污水的排放标准。本工艺充分利用了废弃的碱性尾矿砂,不但能有效地处理含重金属的酸性废水,同时也达到了"以废治废"的目的,可减少水处理成本。
