电厂石灰乳加药系统的诊断分析与改造

Abstract:

At present, lime dosing systems have problems universally, such as inaccurate measures in the preparation of lime milk, imprecise pH control while dosing, etc., in the water treatment equipment of power plants in China. In addition, the operation is prone to clogging, compaction, fly ash, and so forth. The problems existed in the original lime systems have been solved by changing blanking equipment and the modes of dosing control. The problems existed in the original systems are analyzed, and effect evaluation and summary are accomplished on the whole transformation practice.

摘要:

目前国内电厂水处理设备中,石灰加药系统普遍存在石灰乳配制计量不准、投加时pH控制不精确等问题,运行中还易出现堵塞、板结、飞灰等状况。某电厂通过更换下料设备和改变加药控制方式,解决了原石灰系统存在的诸多问题。分析了原系统存在的问题并对整个改造实践进行了效果评定和总结。
