超重力技术在工业水处理中的应用研究述评

Abstract:

High-gravity technology creates a simulated high-gravity environment via centrifugal force field generated by the rotation of a rotor. Mass transfer can be boosted significantly due to violent turbulence of liquid in such an environment. The high-gravity technology exhibits unique advantages in the process limited by gas-liquid mass transfer and has been applied to various water treatment processes with good effects. This paper reviews the applications of high-gravity technology to industrial water treatment fields,such as organic and ammonia-containing wastewater,‘three-waste’ treatment,water deoxygenation,and sea water desalination,etc. The characteristics and application prospect of the high-gravity technology to water treatment fields are also reviewed.

摘要:

超重力技术通过转子旋转形成离心力场而模拟产生超重力环境,在该环境下液体处于剧烈的湍动状态,从而使传质效率显著提升。该技术对于气-液传质受限的过程展现出独特的优势,并在多种水处理工艺中得以应用,取得了良好的效果。对超重力技术在有机废水和含氨废水处理、“三废”治理、水脱氧和海水淡化等工业水处理领域中的应用进行了综述,并对该技术的特点和在水处理领域的应用前景进行了述评。
