Study on photo-catalysis capacity for cadmium doped ZnO nanoparticles

镉掺杂纳米氧化锌光催化性能研究

Abstract: Cd-doped ZnO nano-materials have been synthesized by organic liquid phase synthesis method,photo-catalytic degradation experiments on dye wastewater conducted,and the influences of different doping quantities of Cd on nano-ZnO photo-catalysis capacity researched. The components,appearances and crystal structures of Cd-doped ZnO nano-materials are characterized by TEM,XRD,and XPS methods. The results show that the doping of Cd has improved the photo-catalytic activity,and when the mass ratio is 0.9%,the photo-catalysis capacity is the best. Under high-voltage mercury lamp,reacting for 40 min,the decolorization rate and COD removing rate of reactive yellow are 96.7% and 63.5%,respectively.

摘要: 采用有机液相合成法合成了Cd掺杂ZnO纳米材料,并对染料废水进行光催化降解实验,研究了Cd掺杂量对纳米ZnO光催化性能的影响。通过TEM、XRD、XPS对其成分、形貌及晶体结构进行表征。实验结果表明:镉的掺入提高了ZnO的光催化活性,镉锌质量比为0.9%时光催化性能最好,高压汞灯下反应40 min,活性黄的脱色率和COD去除率分别达到96.7%、63.5%。
