Abstract:
The biochemical effluent from the wastewater treatment plant of a banknote printing plant in City C has been treated by the advanced treatment process,ozone oxidation-activated carbon adsorption,and the influences of ozone output in the process of zone oxidation,oxidation time,pH and the activated carbon dosage in the process of activated carbon adsorption,adsorption time,and pH on the COD removing rate investigated,respectively. The results show that the effluent treated by the advanced treatment can reach the direct discharge standard in accordance with the experimental method,under the following conditions:no tegulated pH,ozone output is 6.5 g/h(i.e.,volume fraction=30%),oxidation time 30 min,activated carbon dosage 1 g,and adsorption time 60 min.

摘要: 试验采用臭氧氧化-活性炭吸附法深度处理C市印钞厂污水处理站生化出水,分别探究了臭氧氧化过程中臭氧产量、氧化时间、pH和活性炭吸附过程中活性炭投加量、吸附时间、pH对COD去除率的影响。结果表明,按照本试验方法不调节原水pH,在臭氧产量为6.5 g/h(即体积分数为30%),氧化时间为30 min;活性炭投加量为1 g,吸附时间为60 min的条件下,深度处理出水可达标直排。
