Application and optimization of stability index in wastewater containing chromium

含铬废水中稳定指数的改进与优化研究

Abstract:

The fouling of the chromium-containing wastewater evaporation system adversely affects the safety of the equipment and the continuous and low-cost operation of the equipment. Thus, it is necessary to predict the fouling tendency of the chromium-containing wastewater evaporation system. Based on the more mature stability index(SAI) model used for predicting oil-water scaling trends, the object of this paper is to study the fouling trend prediction problem of the high-concentration chromium-containing wastewater produced by the chrome chemical industry. The effects of temperature, hardness, and chromium ion concentration on the amount of calcium carbonate in the chromiumcontaining wastewater evaporation system are analyzed. Meanwhile, the cftool tool in Matlab is used to fit the experimental data. Therefore, the stability index(SAI) model is optimized and improved. The optimized stability index (SAII) can more accurately predict the fouling tendency of the chromium-containing wastewater evaporation system.

摘要:

含铬废水蒸发系统结垢会给设备安全、连续、低成本运行带来不利影响,因此对含铬废水蒸发系统结垢趋势进行预测十分必要。在研究较为成熟的预测油田水结垢趋势的稳定指数(SAI)模型基础上,研究了铬化工行业产生的高浓度含铬废水结垢趋势预测问题。通过分析温度、硬度、铬离子浓度等因素对含铬废水蒸发系统碳酸钙结垢量的影响,并运用Matlab中cftool工具对实验数据进行拟合,实现了对SAI模型的优化与改进。优化后的稳定指数(SAII)可以对含铬废水蒸发系统结垢趋势进行更准确地预测。
