Abstract:
The effects of adsorbing organic pollutant from drinking water with five kinds of China made activated carbon by using cytotoxicity assays are evaluated,using 3 cytotoxicity indexes:the inhibition rate of cell growth,the cytotoxicity for cell proliferation by MTT colorimetric assay and the rate of apoptosis by flow cytometry(FCM),after a 3 years application. The results show that Activated Carbon No.4 still retains some adsorption function. The other 4 kinds of activated carbon have lost their adsorption filtration functions. Furthermore, the time effect of treating drinking water with five kinds of China made activated carbon have also been briefly analysed.

摘要:
采用细胞生长抑制率、用MTT比色法测量细胞的增殖毒性和用流式细胞光度计测量细胞的凋亡率三项细胞毒性指标,评价了 5种国产活性炭处理饮用水 3a后的使用效果。实验表明 4号活性炭仍具有-定的吸附功能,其他 4种活性炭已经失去吸附过滤作用。此外还对 5种国产活性炭使用效果的时间效应进行了简要的分析
