微生物固定化技术处理含油废水的研究

Abstract:

On the basis of lab experiments, microbe immobilized technique has been used for treating the oil-bearing wastewater in pilot-scale experiments. Factors, affecting oil removal rate, such as pH, oil concentration are investigated.Experimental results showthat the oil removal rates keep stable and are always higher than that in the process just with free cells at different value of pH. For oil concentration, compared with the granular activated carbon reactor running parallely, the removal rates of oil and phenol are enhanced at least 20%. After two-month continuous operation, engineering bacteria species have changed. Instead of pseudomas and bacillus’ dominating at the beginning of the experiments, bacillus becomes the only dominant species at last.

摘要:

在实验室小试的基础上,利用固定化微生物技术现场处理了大庆炼化公司含油废水,分别考察了不同pH及油浓度条件下,反应器对油的去除率的变化。结果表明,与相同条件下的游离细胞方法相比较,采用固定化技术后,不同pH对应的油去除率都有较大增加且基本保持稳定,表明微生物对pH及其变化的耐受力显著提高;不同油浓度条件下,与并行的颗粒活性炭(GAC)反应器相比,对油、挥发酚去除率的提高达到20%,抗冲击负荷能力有较大提高。连续运行两个月后,分析表明固定化反应器中高效工程菌发生种群变化,优势菌由开始时的假单胞菌和芽孢杆菌演变为芽孢杆菌,即最终的优势菌为芽孢杆菌。
