Abstract:
Since output quantity of steel bar plants had been increased largely,the ability of cold beds was seriously insufficient. and the temperature was too high. Turbulent rapids type of highly efficient passing water cooler can be used to cool down the temperature,reducing the finishing rolling temperature and upper cold bed temperature. The second oxidation problem can therefore be solved. The mechanical and welding capacities have been improved by this kind of cooler. It prepares ways for developing new products in steel rolling systems.

摘要:
针对棒材厂产量大幅提高后,冷床能力严重不足和剪前温度过高,应用了湍流式高效穿水冷却器进行冷却,以降低终轧温度和上冷床的温度,解决钢材二次氧化问题,改善了钢材的机械性能和焊接性能,并为轧钢系统开发新的产品作好铺垫。
