Experimental study on anaerobic treatment of molasses alcohol wastewater

糖蜜酒精废水厌氧反应实验研究

Abstract:

After the molasses alcohol wastewater has been treated with the scrap iron, an anaerobic reaction is carried through in the self-made anaerobic reactor. And the contrast experiment between the pretreated and nontreated wastewater has been carried through as well. The experimental result indicates that the anaerobic reaction is stable with the one which has been pretreated with scrap iron, and gas yield is high. Furthermore, the CODCr removal rate reached to 81%, the CODCr falls down from 82 000 mg/L to 15 580 mg/L.

摘要:

糖蜜酒精废水经铁屑预处理后,在自制的厌氧反应器中进行厌氧处理,并与未预处理的废水进行对比试验。实验结果表明,经铁屑预处理的糖蜜酒精废水厌氧反应稳定,产气量高,CODCr从82 000 mg/L降至15 580 mg/L,CODCr去除率达到81%。
